Cecilia Cesario is a specialist in marketing, product development, and brand strategy, with over 20 years of experience in the beauty and retail industries. She held key positions at companies such as L’Oréal, Mattel, and Blue Star Group, leading iconic launches like the Barbie Room at the Hilton and the first teen skincare line for L’Oréal Paris. She was also the founder of her own personal care line, Teu Bany.
Valentina Peroni is a professional with solid experience in business development, marketing, and international brand representation. With a strong track record at leading companies such as Hasbro, Mattel, Unilever, and The Clorox Company, she has led commercialization, importation, and product positioning strategies across Latin America. As the founder of NutriBaby, an internationally awarded company, she combines entrepreneurial vision with deep market knowledge and operational expertise.
